I'v...Thanks for being so open and sharing this! I've never had a big problem with being friendly, but as I've gotten older, there have been days when I force myself to go speak to visitors. I know, as I once was a visitor, the difference it can make. And, a smile goes a long way! People in our society are so wrapped up in the text they just received that when someone smiles or says hello, it catches them off guard. Haha! Sad, but true.
